“Horrible. People quit before they even start. Because of the bad work environment, they cannot keep anyone on staff. Limited knowledge of IEP process in Virginia and do little to help with meetings. Even parent meetings are parent led with the parent needing to address concerns, otherwise BCBA will be on their computer the whole time "taking notes." Very unprofessional and I've had ABA with 3 different companies for my son for almost 10 years. This one is rough.”
