What patients say on Google

“It is true that they delete the bad posts. This dr tried to kill me or cause serious harm when putting me on a med that I had noted very clearly that I am allergic to. Then I refused to take that med after telling him why and he told me that I was being "non compliant " because I refused to take a med that made me very sick.. run as far as possible away from this place .. it is not safe and I had seen previous reviews for this dr that were horrible and caused severe damage that can't be fixed. I bounced so quick from this dr and I am glad I had before I was severely damaged.”

“Please don't let the negative reviews deter you from considering getting help from Dr. Ahmed. I think many people don't give doctors and medication a chance to work before jumping to conclusions. We live in a society where we expect immediate change and when that doesn't occur we want to blame. That, and perhaps the cultural barrier makes Dr. Ahmed an easy target for disparaging remarks. Dr. Ahmed has been treating my adult son for his mental health issues for several years and at first I too was hesitant at the fast turnaround time of the Telemed appointments but, after getting to know Dr. Ahmed I've found him to be an excellent psychiatrist that truly knows his practice. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns when I have them and acts accordingly, if necessary. He correctly diagnosed my son's symptoms and put him on the correct treatment and my son is doing better now than he has in years. The staff will work with you to schedule appointments too and they have always been nothing but professional. I would recommend their office to anyone.”

“They delete negative reviews. I'm pretty sure the positive ones are family or friends. This "doctor" is the worst. Cold demeanor, quickly in and out so can let the next 💰💲in. You're just a number. Zero compassion. Puts you on a cocktail of meds that should not be mixed. Beware of his condescending attitude if you question anything. Oh, and there's also a dress code, apparently. He suggested my husband (also previous patient) change out of his construction clothing before coming to any more appts. My husband had to come straight from work, and unlike Dr Ahmed, doesn't sit behind a desk making others feel even more unworthy. Just writes out scripts and sends you on your way.”

“Sought out a psychiatrist for help with ADHD. Dr. Ahmed didn't listen to my concerns, instead immediately prescribed me with a mood stabilizer, which is not what I needed help with, and then in that very first visit he told me all about another patient and her business, all the while making sure to talk himself up. Today I had an appointment with him virtually and when he wasn't on time (first time that had happened) I messaged the chat to make sure it was my correct appointment time and he came on the video and lectured me about being "impatient." He told me he was with another patient in crisis (fine but not my business) and all he needed to say was "sorry for the delay, what's going on with you?" But instead he laid into me saying "do you understand that sometimes you have to wait?" I said yes and that should have been the end of it, but it wasn't and he kept GOING. Then he told me if I wasn't happy I could go elsewhere. If he had put any effort into getting to know me he would know that I have PTSD related to men being loud with me, but he didn't, and he got loud with me so I hung up. What if I had been in crisis and needed help in that moment? He would've never known, because all he thinks about is himself. Absolutely horrible experience, I paid to talk to him for a total of 5 minutes every month and he never even helped me with what I actually needed help with. There are reviews on his practice going back 6 years of people sharing their horrible experiences with him. People have been hospitalized because of his behavior. I can't believe he's still allowed to practice psychiatry of all things.”
