How likely are you to recommend Zionsville Community Schools Employee Wellness Center?
“I was able to easily schedule my appointment online. A link was sent to me to update information that needed to be updated. There was no wait to see my doctor. They helped me arrange getting labs and were able to take blood the same day. And my results for labs were back in two days. It’s nice that they have a pharmacy on site so for any prescribed medicines, you can get them before you leave. Everybody was very friendly and it was a good experience.”
“Very kind staff and very well taken care of! The nurse Michelle is SO incredibly kind, the front desk staff was so helpful when I needed support navigating the portal, and Dr. S takes time to chat without feeling rushed.”
“Depending on staffing, my experiences can be good or not so good here. The last couple times I have specifically made appointments with the doctor who seems to care about my physical health and treats me as a human. Not all do. Some are just checking boxes. While I haven't had appointments that interact with all the support staff (nurses and such), I find them similar. Some are caring; interested in treating me. There is one who always seems annoyed any time I have interacted with her. I like the proximity, but the even as a health center serving the ZCS district, it is difficult to get a timely appointment. If our size is so big you have to wait over a week and a half to see any physician, maybe hours could get extended a bit more?”
“Dr. Stochel is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and she takes the time to listen to patients. She is the best primary care Dr. I’ve ever had!”
