“Horrible. I tried to speak to my counselor and the guy who answered the phone said that she would be done by 5. I called back by 5:30 and then he says she has clients all day and wont be do.ne till 7. I replied oh ok well first you said 5 and now its 7? He replied oh are you calling me a liar. Umm what?? Im disconnecting the services with you. He claims to be the owner not even a receptionist,but you answering the phone and talking to your clients like that. He is very rude and nasty person. A few days ago he also pocket dialed me too while talking about to a coworker. Not very Zen.”

“I am making this review because I see how the "owner" answers the phone when my wife called up there. First when she called to verify the time for her appointment the individual "butt dialed" her and you could hear the conversation that they were having in which they were talking about her and other patients and then when she called to verify a time when she could speak with her therapist and the "owner" told her a time that the therapist would be done. So my wife called 30 minutes after the time she was told and then it turned into 7:00 the therapist would be done. She my wife questioned why a different time now after being told one time and now something different. The "owner" accused her of calling them a liar and basically ended the call and canceled her future appointments. This and his anger issues is very unprofessional and could be detrimental to a person who is trying to get help. Hire a real receptionist to answer the phone and make appointments. Would not seek them out if you are dealing with mental health issues or in need of therapy. They would only make it worse.”
