How likely are you to recommend Youth Challenges?
What patients say on Google
“This is NOT the place to send your children. VERY unprofessional and unorganized. Alleged trained staff to work with children with behaviors and there answer for verbal behaviors is to call the police on your child and then notify you the day after with a droplets for not notifying you on a timely manner. This conduct happened on several occasions. Staff clearly not trained properly in mental health or behaviors!!”
“Unprofessional staff who worsened the pre-existing issues. The staff are not advocates for the children in their care, and strong-arm them into submission. Verbal aggression and threats are commonplace here. Seriously, reconsider your options before sending your child here.”
“This is a pretty nice place, and the staff is greatly professional! I was a kid there, and they fixed [most] of my problems, but no one is perfect. Highly recommend for anger management!”
“I've had the worst experience at this facility i was a patient here i was here for anxiety and depression and they kept on telling me it was me being selfish and didnt want to change even though i wanted to i tryed i actually got off trust because i didnt anwser a question right this place was terribel luckly my parents realsed what they were doing and pulled me out please reconsider your options before you come here”
