“I have been loyal to Young Minds Psychiatry for several years. In these several years, their service has not improved at all. I am constantly being called and told my appointments have been rescheduled. No email notifications, just calls that they expect to be picked up no matter what you’re doing. And when I actually get an appointment scheduled, I end up waiting at least 45 minutes to TWO HOURS for my psychiatrist. Don’t get me wrong, my psychiatrist is great. But this company has quite possibly the worst communication and planning I have ever seen. AND you get fined for being late or missing an appointment yet it’s completely fine for the psychiatrist to be hours late. I’m not kidding. And their lobby has no wifi (and poor cell service) which is ridiculous because if I’m going to be waiting two hours, I should AT LEAST have wifi or comfortable chairs to wait in. I love my psychiatrist but my appreciation ends there. Calling this place is a pain. Their voices are always quiet and unintelligible over the phone until you ask them to speak up, where they “magically” fix their mic problems instantly. Why not just do that before speaking? It happens every call without fail. The only reason I am still here is because this is the only affordable place I can go to at the moment. But if there was somewhere else, I would chose it. I do not recommend this place unless you’re very desperate.”

“Love working with this office on all things! Appts are easy to make. The girl who is in charge of paperwork is my hero! Kristen Norman is amazing… answers my emails and really tries to troubleshoot and find solutions for symptoms and medication adjustments for my daughter.”

When we encountered issues with our pharmacy, the office promptly assisted with a same-day change. The patient portal has also been a convenient and effective way to communicate with the team.”
