How likely are you to recommend Young Minds Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“Hey, I had an amazing visit with Kristin. She was amazing and super attentive to my needs and also didn’t keep my evaluation surface level and truly cared for where I was mentally in the present and past. Super helpful and amazing process, the front staff was also very amazing. Thank you Kristin and I appreciate you for everything!”
“I felt as if I had to give this establishment two stars because psychiatrists within this practice are excellent! I have had several psychiatrists over the years due to psychiatrists moving/switching practices/etc. and each have been so wonderful. They are professional, compassionate, and passionate about the work they do. However, the administration/billing/scheduling team is quite the opposite. For some reason instead of calling me to schedule an appointment, they emailed me less than a week in advanced and made an appointment without my consent. I’m an extremely individual, as I not only work an 8-4 job but also do college course work on top of that. I check my personal email very rarely, and taking off work last minute/asking off early is not feasible due to working with clients 1:1. I understand that I was in need to visit soon, but to schedule an appointment without my consent then expect me to be able to somehow fit it in my schedule/pay a $90 cancellation fee? Not only quite unprofessional but seems like an ethical breach as well. But I digress; if you are willing to deal with the difficulties of the administration staff, this practice is excellent.”
“The staff is helpful, however they should tell you which place you are talking to. Really happy we found this place, the staff is really responsive through the portal, the portal is your best friend. They have even called me when I've said it's better off on a conversation than over messages. Always the same day responses, I hate it when a doctor takes 48 hours or more, absolutely hate it, not here.”
“Everything about young minds is great. Dr Alkatib is the best of the best.100% I would recommend him! Very understanding, patient, and listens.”
