“They lied about my insurance covering the tms procedure, and insisted that i need to contact my insurance. My insurance, whom i’ve never had problems with, told me that this tms clinic didn’t even file anything with them. Told that to the clinic and they told me it wasn’t true. I had a bad reaction to tms and it contributed to me developing a panic disorder by exacerbating a medication withdrawal severely. After this i was hospitalized 4 times in 6 months due to the development of the panic disorder. Now they’re coming after me for money i apparently owe. These people do not help, and don’t communicate with your primary psychiatrist about the potential effects tms can have on your medication regime. This place truly is a scam.”
