What patients say on Google
“My previous provider left the healthcare group and I was randomly assigned to this woman. She should not be practicing in GA or anywhere else for that matter. Doesn’t make eye contact or use manners at all. She made me fill out forms on front of her after I had already done so online. She questioned my responses as if I were lying to her. She suggested that my previous doctor wasn’t doing a good job and might have misdiagnosed me. She never said why or what the correct diagnosis could be. She just refilled a prescription I already had and hurried me out of her office. Today was the third time she cancelled my appointment 15 minutes before I had driven nearly 2 hours for the in-person appointment they required me to attend in order to refill a prescription which she said I could never miss taking. I’ll be finding a doctor who actually cares about their patients and respects their time and mental health. Since I have been with her she has literally damaged my mental health more than she has even attempted to help. Find someone else, let this type of provider fail as they have failed you.”
“If she is your doctor get a new one. She is very rude. God forbid you ask her a question. She has no time for you. Called her for help and she called back and said " what do you want me to do I have 24 patients today! " so I went to the emergency room. She is horrible. One star is to many.”
“Absolutely awful. Don’t waste your time. If I could give no stars I would. All she does is dismiss the way you feel, make you feel worse than you do, and try to put you on medication that isn’t helpful. Never again”
“I saw Dr. Pancheva once today and never again will I be going. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner and not gone at all. As mentioned by others she tried to make me feel like a liar about the questionnaire’s, she asked why I was diagnosed a certain thing and as my emotions came out she said we did not need to “unpack” there because it’s just for medication management. I proceeded to ask if that particular office works alongside psychologists as they know the patient better than psychiatrists and can weigh in as professional’s on a treatment and she rudely responded “I am the psychiatrist I do not need anyone else’s opinion on how to medicate, I’ve been doing this for 4 years” I instantly let her know how rude that was. As she might have the prescription pad but its psychologists that spend time with patients and know us best. If you want someone to make you question your own mental health, talk to you and about other PROFESSIONAL’s like they don’t know anything because SHE’s the psychiatrist then go to her. Otherwise for your own sanity, stay away!! I don’t see how NGPG still keeps her after all of these reviews. It’s psychiatrists like her that give this field a bad reputation and make people afraid.”
