“Short: Borderline insurance fraud. They pre-billed Cigna who paid $1,785 filed Feb 5th. July 10th and still no follow up, reports or communication. I had my initial 30-minute phone call with Dr. Wysocki on Feb 5. At the end of March, I went for my in-person testing which took about an hour and a half. He told me to expect 4 weeks for them to file my insurance and call to collect payment and 6 weeks for the report. 6 weeks would have been mid-May. On June 9th I called to ask about it and was told he was on vacation but would be back Thursday to complete it and she'd collect the $120 and the report would be emailed to me. I didn’t hear back. June 25th I called again with no return voicemail. They billed my insurance $1,795.00 on FEBRUARY 5th, the very first phone call. I signed a release for my doctor to request it instead. I'll be reporting it to Cigna. Don't recommend!”
