What patients say on Google

“I contacted wtc commack told them I had a nodule growing on my lung and its protruding out my skin on my lung. They told me they couldn’t send me for a chest xray and need to contact my Dr. I don’t have an appointment till may 29. It also hurts to touch. I contacted better business bureau as well. You would think they are there for you but there not. They just take the state funded money and don’t care about veterans or first responders. Every year I go, they force a social worker on. I tell them every year please put in my chart. I do not need to speak to a social worker, but they still insist on bullying me to speak to a social worker. The social worker comes in the office every year and are use me when I say I don’t want to speak to them. I have a social worker from veterans affair, VA East Northport New York. I feel this is medical malpractice as well forcing services on a responder that does not want a social worker. They need to do better.🇺🇸”

“Was there today with my husband. The staff were wonderful. So kind and compassionate. My husband was so comfortable and that meant a lot. Thank you all! (Bill A)”
