I strongly recommend you send a follow up email to their "Info" account for every interaction to avoid the gaslighting they do when covering up their mistakes. The top admin here acts in an absurdly unethical, unsavory manner & appears to hire a toxic support team as well.”

She is so attentive during appointments, and listens with kindness and empathy. She is knowledgeable about medication options, providing alternatives to avoid side effects I've lived with for years. But most importantly - and I cannot stress this enough - she is quick to respond to emails. She has always responded the same day (even though the app says it can take up to 48 hours). When I have made a mistake on my end, or poorly managed my appointments or communication, and am running out of something, she makes sure refills are placed nearly immediately once she hears from me. I'm talking weekends and holidays too. Her ability to understand how important this medicine is, and how difficult it can be to get it when needed, cannot be understated. I genuinely feel that she cares about my needs and her goal is to help - even outside of our appointments.”
