“Scheduled an appointment roughly 6 weeks ago. Received multiple digital and phone confirmations. Appointment was canceled 21 min before the appointment. Was then told there was another clinician available, as I was in the parking lot when the appointment was cancelled. Told to go into the office. After going to the office, signing in, and giving them my credit card, I was told the appointment was actually canceled. Person doing the checking in had no access to the schedule and advised I call their scheduling department to find out if the appointment was truly available. After my third 10 min phone call, missing a day of work, and pulling my kid out of school for a half day, I was informed there was no appointment. Waiting room was also dirty (floor and chairs excessively stained, paint was peeling, walls were dirty) and only half the lights were turned on. The most unprofessional and frustrating experience possible. They charge $125 for a cancelation of ”
