“I would not recommend this lady. I was having anxiety and she put me 60 mg of duloxetine. How does someone in the medical field start a patient off with the highest dosage. I have found a great Dr. that said that is very bad medical practice and not a safe for a patient. And also she can be late for your appointment but if you are one minute late she moves on the next patient how? Are you having two patients scheduled at the same time and then she charged at that time a $75 dollar missed appointment fee.”
