“WARNING for future potential patients about this companies unethical billing practices. Seems I should I have google checked this company before my son scheduled with them. My son had an initial appointment scheduled and his patient portal from this company sent him to the wrong address for it. He called once he arrived there as he couldn’t find the office and was told he was at the wrong place. As he was making his way to the correct address he was called and informed that the provider was cancelling his appointment and requesting he reschedule. We were billed $150 for this alleged missed appointment. Both he and I have called and attempted to speak to the manager and billing but have only been able to speak to Rachel, who tells me they will call me. It’s been over a week and no return calls. Because we are disputing the charge that was caused by their inaccurate portal information (that they have since have erased so I cannot screenshot it), they then emailed my son informing him that his rescheduled appointments were cancelled because he was “unwilling to abide by the practice policies”. See letter attached This practice is not one that is willing to own their own errors and they will lie to you saying that the address my son went to is not even affiliated with them but take a look at what Apple maps pulls up when you input the address he went to. Their name and email is linked to it. As a health care provider myself I am appalled by the way my son was treated in this situation and in general how this situation has been handled. I hope this review can help other people avoid the issues that quite a few of us have experienced with unethical billing practices and in general poor customer/client service.”

“Good therapists, awful billing department. Charging a $135 missed session fee is robbery. Isn’t this place suppose to be about helping people struggling? No communication on these fees and was taken out randomly two weeks later. Stay away from this place.”
