“Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Trinidad. He is very experienced and knows his stuff. I had been receiving DBT for about 8 months with another therapist at another clinic before him which was definitely helping, but once I switched over to Dr. Trinidad to work on my OCD and generalized anxiety, there was a huge shift. His therapy creates results and not just a returning client. I go once a month now which is drastically different from the once a week I needed initially. I've never felt stronger and more in control of my life. I actually see a dismissal from services in my future, which is crazy. I'm so thankful for Dr. Trinidad and can't recommend his services enough.”
