“My primary care provider called in a referral three weeks ago. I never received a call from the office. I called in to get an appointment, but it was only a recording so I left a message telling them that my primary care provider had already put in the referral. Would they please call me with an appointment? I never received a phone call. I called again today and got a recording that they are closed till after the first of the year?!?!”

“I went today for my initial appointment, arriving 15 minutes early. I walk in the door to a very unprofessional receptionist with a very bad attitude. After rudely asking for my insurance cards she returned them to me and said PA Courtney Brue would be right with me. My appointment was for 9am. Finally after waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time I decided I obviously selected the wrong mental health provider. I found that a professional service provider would at least be on time for an initial evaluation of a new patient. I decided my time was worth more than Ms Brue's so I explained to the receptionist that I've obviously chosen the wrong provider and told her she had a bad attitude. Then I walked out. If -5 stars was an option that's what I would have chosen.”
