“horrible people rude as hell . i had their program in 2024 it was ok til i ran out of meds and when I asked them to fix it they had me play like a ping pong with shop rite pharmacy . after a while of trying to get them to fix the issue they threatened to call the police on me . then a a year ago I tried to call them to give them another chance and the securtary at winners choice ( not kind heart ) was so rude calling the program director was a joke . mr valentine is never in the office and when i asked for a call back it never happened (ever) the last time i had tried to get aholkd of the guy ( i use the word guy because I cannot not call him what i wanna call him ) the person who anwsered the phone was so rude i called the department of mental health on this company . today I went back to try to get srvices from them for both therapy and meds and it went totally wrong . first he was at kind heart the company behind winner choice no issues there went to kind heart to talk to him about reopening my case . he was in a meeting so I waited . the securtary at kind heart was so nice and warming its a shame she works for mr valentine but anyways when mr valentine finally got out his meeting i itroduce myself to him and the first thing he said was oh your the one who wrote the bad reveiw on him on google and which i said yes i did he said if we work with you you're gonna take that review down i told him i want to work with the company and told them i did't want a repeat of the issue with the police then he called another staff and things went from bad to worse . when i asked how can i be assure that the innodent with them threatening to call the police on me won't happen again the right away basically told me to go to another program but referring me to other thing just got worse with the program directoer saying i am giving him a headach and i have anger issues . i told him i don'rt have anger issue just don't like the the bs there're given me in closing don't go here if your life depended on it . mr valentine is a jerk . i will copy and paste this for google reveiw and will call the department of mental health on them again . to the kind securtary at kind heart thank you for you kindness and sorry that you had to witness me at one of my worse . i wish mr valentine was like you”

“Winner's choice this a joke. They do absolutely nothing to help my adult child, other than interfere with me taking care of him. The only thing they have ever done has gotten in a hotel room a few times and interfere with me being his payee for social security, because they believe his allegations, even though he is addicted to cocaine and is schizophrenic and has had two brain injuries. I will hold Winners Choice responsible and legally sue them if my son overdoses on drugs or becomes harmed in any way, while involved with their institution for interfering with his care. I do not recommend becoming involved with this institution, as they bring absolutely nothing to the table and do not follow through with anything. They are a low budget operation with nothing to offer. This organization does not have the proper accreditation, educational degrees and licenses to operate as a mental health care facility in Harford County or any other county in the United States. This organization fraudulently bills for services not rendered to the client.”

They are willing to work with your mental health and offer some accommodations the best they can! If something goes wrong, or out of your liking, go and talk to them! Don’t be afraid. I almost made that mistake. They will help!!!”
