“This facility kept emailing me different appointment dates and times until I went ahead and canceled every visit after my initial one. Even my initial visit was a shit show because Ruth Toussaint emailed me the wrong appointment date so I came on the day she told me to, and they refused to see me because they were already at capacity. I just started a brand new job and don’t have the privilege of asking them to be off on different days constantly with different appointment times I do not drive and I don’t have a support system. Back to dealing with suicidal thoughts on my own”

“The only thing that is positive about this place is their pay scale method. I have had two appointments canceled on me in a row. I set up these appointments to get the help I need. They tried to book me a new appointment for a month from now. This is a common theme here. Also, a lot of psychiatrists and therapists quit. So good luck finding any stability here. I have had two therapists quit without notifying me. I have had countless psychiatrist appointments canceled on me. If it is at all possible, try desperately to find somewhere else for help.”

“I went here. The security Officer was kind and showed empathy and concern. The ladies who work the checking desk. Both last name Owen's. Horrible attitudes. Unwelcome and distasteful. Please get rid of people like this working in initial contact customer service. There were no Doctors available and neither of the ladies knew if there would be one present on a Thursday during officr operating hours. UNACCEPTABLE! SHUT DOWN THIS FACILITY FAST!”

“Never answer phones . Never return calls. Never set up appointments and send them. BBB need to investigate them”
