“This place is an absolute joke!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, but they are not available. I’ve had an appointment for several weeks. They called me the day before to tell me that they need to switch my appointment. Then call me back a couple of hours later and say they have an appointment in the evening why would I wanna do that? I have to fast for blood work. Make it make sense. Then the lady tells me that she’s going to call me back in a couple of hours to get things straightened around and I never hear back from her. I call the office this morning and a lady is very rude and short on the phone basically acting like she didn’t care There’s something wrong with the front office they do not know what they’re doing and when you tell them about it, they get upset It can’t be that hard to schedule an appointment. Somebody somewhere needs to put attention on this place. The doctors I have had there are decent, but the front office can’t schedule an appointment to save their life. Please help. Then to top it off when you do your blood work with quest, they send you bills for thousands of dollars because they didn’t properly put your insurance through and you’ll have to talk to a lady that will finally get it figured out for you, but it will take weeks if not months. This place has a staff that truly does not know how to talk to patients and is a serious joke. No one knows what they’re doing.”

“Dr Jennifer Hardesty is a very good Doctor. One of the best. She is very thorough and spends time with me. She genuinely cares about me and my health. She treats me with respect. Her nurse is also very nice and thorough and does her job well. The receptionist is always friendly and the phlebotomist lady that does my bloodwork is really good too. She’s nice too. I am very pleased with WindRose Health.”

“This place is terrible. I was told my first appointment would take 4 months to be seen. And then once I went. I was told to come back a couple weeks later and scheduled me to “Fast” till 5:00 PM for bloodwork. They called me that morning to remind me, “make sure you fast all day till 5. I said ok no problem. I get there at 5:00. And my dr said they do not do late afternoon fast. So I literally did not eat all day for no reason. Wind rose used to be great like 10 Years ago . But now you can’t just walk in. Gotta wait weeks or In my case months to be seen !!”
