How likely are you to recommend Winding Roads Counseling LLC?
What patients say on Google
“Winding Roads counseling helped give me tools and teach me skills to better manage my mental health issues. I’m autistic and have struggled in past therapy settings, but not here. Katie was my therapist and she was affirming, kind, warm, and empathetic. She really listened to me, was never impatient, and always checked in to make sure I understood her and felt heard. She met me where I was at and helped me feel safe. Over time, Katie was able to help show me the measurable progress that I had made, which has really helped me believe in myself. I am so grateful to Katie and Winding Roads and I recommend their services to anyone in need of support. Katie has truly changed my life for the better!”
“Here’s the thing about Katie. You know all those times you found yourself speaking to multiple different therapists and it just felt like it was going in one ear and out the other? Or felt like they just wanted your money but did not offer solutions or comfort to your problems? That most certainly is not Katie. I was very fortunate enough to find her in my life when at the time I did not realize just how much I needed her. She ALWAYS remembered our prior conversations into my next sessions, she always genuinely cared about what I had to say, and I never once felt like I wasn’t HEARD. Katie helped me through significant milestones and took me out of a very dark tunnel that I was wildly convinced I’d never get out of. Please consider Winding Roads Counseling. Katie changed my life and I’m very thankful for her to this day.”
“I would be hesitant to recommend. Just be sure you know to follow up with the counselor if they don't reach out to you about progression with your child. Also, be sure the counselor is held accountable for care provided, and doesn't blame shift to the child. Katie was a pleasure, but we were then shifted to a different counselor and feel like we were treated sub par after the transition with no one taking real responsibility, only made excuses for the behavior.”
“Katie is a pleasure to work with. Has background in multiple jobs in healthcare, which helps pending your situation. Just genuine person with great personality for this work l. Also always on time and would make adjustments to fit my busy schedule”
