“I really was hoping they would be a good fit but 1 bad apple will rotten the tree. The receptionist was very sassy. In a mental health building you would think the receptionist would have some sort of training but NOPE. I watched her do it to other patients in front of the doctor! And I thought wow if the Doctor seen her treat patients like this then how would the doctor treat me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.”

“I highly recommend looking for a different business that deals with helping people and not just making money. They withheld sending my meds to the pharmacy due to the co-pay not going through, after I was seen. I ended up in the ER with bad withdrawals because of it. Sessions are short, maybe 10 minutes. I understand it’s a business, but some people reach out expecting a light in the dark not a $150 cancellation fee the week before Christmas. If you really want to know how kind they really are then read all their responses to negative reviews and watch as they take zero accountability and shift the blame.”
