How likely are you to recommend Wilson Psychology Group?
“I had my first appointment to get an assessment for Autism and adult ADHD. I really like him and he's very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and plan to keep going for further evaluation and any treatment he recommends.”
“So I will start by saying I’m usually not one to leave reviews but unfortunately I feel the need to do so here. I have never gone to therapy before and finally decided to take a leap of faith, after doing some research and reading a ton of reviews I decided on Wilson’s. I called, completely the new pt paperwork, and never received a call back. I called several times, with no answer, no follow up, no nothing for a couple months . I still haven’t been to see anyone but I just feel like in this profession you never know what someone may be going through and they are seeking help. Follow up. Call them back. It’s that simple .”
“When you call to make an appointment, Stephanie is very sweet and fantastic to talk to the intake. Process is very quick and efficient. They are very quick to set you up with a provider and not make you wait weeks in months to talk to someone. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs someone to talk to best group I’ve spoken to so far to date.”
“Update April 2nd I gave them another shot but this time I went to Matthew Wilson. It went so great!!! Way different than the last time I went, he was super kind, understanding and truly was knowledgeable about everything. I felt comfortable and heard thats for sure, I felt good leaving this time instead of feeling worse. Thank you! The ladies are the front desk were super sweet and friendly per usual ♡ I didnt have a good experience coming here...I wanted to love this place so badly bc the reviews were good. The staff are amazing and lovely but...Ms. Wilson disappointed me a ton. The visit was going great 1 and a half hours into it..I was there for intake of information first time visit. She made me feel judged and just I guess not heard the way I was wanting to be? She listened but she rebuttled in a way that kinda just made my heart sink eventually 2 hours into talking. I was there in hopes of getting a solid diagnosis for my ADHD and other mental issues I had been having over the years I was also needing assistance with my disability case. I want to clarify i wasnt there souly for that I truly wanted a kind, understanding and compassionate person to help me understand myself. She was snappy and assumed way toooo much right off the bat and I left there crying because of her. She assumed I was wanting my adderall increased only and was defiant with other options lmao. She judged my shoes I wore because I told her I had chronic pain and so she assumed I must not be in that much pain if I can wear the 3 inch boots I wore that day. I dont know about her husband he has great reviews maybe try him instead but she needs to work on her methods.”
