“I attempted to report a concern involving a potential boundary issue to Willow Tree Counseling and was told that a practice administrator would follow up with me. I did not receive a return call. When I followed up, I was only provided with a general office email address rather than a direct point of contact, and I have not received a response there either. As a result, I was not able to speak with anyone in a position to address the concern or confirm that it was reviewed. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of the level of follow-up and accessibility when attempting to report a concern.”
