What patients say on Google

“Do not recommend. They no showed to my 1st appointment. I called to let them know the provider was late. They said they had me in for a different time and that someone had probably changed my time without telling me. Not sure why you would EVER do that without confirming with your client first..”

“I’ve had so much trouble finding a therapist that works with me and adapts to my needs, rather than pushing a solution that doesn’t work. Madelyn is the first one I’ve found who makes me feel truly seen, and DOES adapt and work with you. I highly recommend her especially if you’ve felt that you’ve tried so many other therapists in the past that don’t truly listen”

“seamless and easy in every way. In about the span of only one month I had a therapist and a psychiatrist which usually takes months to do that elsewhere. Couldn’t be happier choosing SOL. The location is alright, I wish there was something that said ‘SOL Mental Health’ so I can know I was at the right location. The space is shared by other people but it still felt private in the rooms.”

“Horrible- stay away from here. They are literally impossible to get ahold of. I mean literally impossible. They tell you to communicate with them on the Spruce app and they literally go days and days with zero response. Everything goes into a black hole. They have no sense of urgency what so ever. They just want to bill your insurance as much as they can and do the absolute bare minimum. Trying to get a refill or a question answered by the doctor can literally take over a week. You message them and it’s like no one works there. There are way better options out there. Avoid this place”
