“Waited an hour to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled a week prior, had to come back and wait another 30 minutes just to get blood drawn for the same appointment- You can't get test results over phone, you have to wait a month to schedule a "follow up to review results" such nonsense.. They don't answer the phone and when they do you will be transferred to the wrong department 6 times. most of the staff acts like they don't wanna be there, one of the women at the front desk is nice and helpful but it shouldn't take so much time and effort just to speak to someone or get care.”

“Valuable resource to the community. I have no insurance and they were the only facility that would take me without paying $125 upfront for an exam plus any other exams I would need. I get it, I may still (probably) get billed but no immediate care or quick care would see me without me paying first. There’s many reasons we all should have an issue with that but mainly because every man, woman, and child should have access to medical care without fear of the finances. The wait to see the doctor was about 15 minutes even after showing up early but she and nurse listened to me and provided info. The wait to get my labs done was about 45 minutes, which is annoying but what are you going to do.. wait. I will be back. Also, the WIC office is around the corner, if you are an expecting or new mother. It’s nice not to have to go to Joliet to access county resources.”

“I just saw a video on YouTube from TTA. The staff in this office were super professional, friendly and informative. Instead of running from the camera and calling the police on a citizen with a camera, Perla took that opportunity to promote and inform the public of the all the events coming up. She and all the staff did an amazing job serving the public. I hope other government employees see this video and learn from Perla and staff.”

“I don't know exactly which nurse I talked to her name started with a J but all I can say is she was the rudest fricken person. She must have thought she hung the phone up after we finished talking because she proceeded to say rude things about me. I got transferred to the wrong person/department and she for some reason tried "helping" me and was extremely rude about the whole situation. Get better nurses that's all I can say.”
