How likely are you to recommend WHS Behavioral Health - Washington?
“Been seeing Dr. Lockmer for about three years now and he is phenomenal! For over 40 years I've known many psychiatrists through my medical career, ones that treated family members and friends and of course for myself.Even though he's way younger then the other 3 psychiatrists that have treated me at different times in my life he is very knowledgeable about meds. He is very caring, compassionate, patient, sympathetic, empathetic, and professional. I highly recommend him!!”
“The worst. My son was seen here virtually through last year - he was then still prescribed medication as recently as last month! He has an appointment scheduled for this month and when I called in crisis they simply said “he isn’t a patient, we can’t help him”. Their response to his medication, “that shouldn’t have happened”. Trash.”
“This place is a disaster! They canceled my second appointment without contacting me, lost my 24 page evaluation and blamed it on the office that sent it, prescribe me 3 different medications at once (considered controlled substances) rather than completing pre authorization paperwork required. After 2 weeks and multiple conversations with my pharmacy, insurance, and this office I was finally able to pick up 1 of the medications (paid for out of pocket due to the incomplete paperwork). They then called accusing me of picking up and taking 2 of the medications prescribed (minutes after I received a message from my pharmacy about a prescription ready before I could even call to cancel it). At the same time they told me I needed to quit taking the medication because results from a test they ordered at my first appt (which I completed 1 week later/3 months prior the appt when medications were prescribed) were "abnormal" even though the results I recalled seeing months prior were "normal".”
“I was passed onto dr Lockmer and he needs to be fired . He dictates your symptoms for you without actually listening to your issues in your words. He’s always looking angry and god for bid your phone call appointment or video call doesn’t go through. He will hold your meds even when it’s on his end and leave you stranded”
