“Judith had terrible communication skills and took no accountability for her actions. I had been calling all morning to get a hold of her and make sure she received my paperwork and confirm the office location before I went to my appointment. She waited until after my scheduled appointment time to finally call me back and tell me that she just assumed I wasn’t going to come to my appointment. Not once did I call to cancel my appointment and I completed my paperwork so there was no reason for her to assume I wouldn’t show. She did not apologize and clearly didn’t care that I missed my appointment. Very unprofessional.”
