How likely are you to recommend Whole Mind?
“I walked in for an appointment to be called a name I don’t go by (which I even specified in the preferred name paperwork…) and told I didn’t complete paperwork. (I did, I completed everything they sent) they called the wrong number…somebody in Ohio…that they canceled my appointment. There was a lady in the back of the front desk area who was just smirking and staring at me, being passive aggressive. The Second Lady kept saying I didn’t complete paperwork, but they didn’t send any of it over until I showed up at the office. She kept saying information that I hadn’t given and was so screwed up. I was calmly saying I didn’t receive any extra paperwork to complete. I was sent like two papers and completed them. She kept telling me “calm down” minimizing the issue that they had created.. I also didn’t raise my voice, wasn’t being disrespectful (like the passive aggressive brunette lady in the back) I simply was extremely confused. So saying calm down was so weird. It came off as racist and extremely microaggressive. I turned around to look at my husband and he said the woman kept looking at him when I would turn around and glance at him. It was so ODD! Like these women never interacted with black people or an even dang computer system before. Lol. She acknowledged I set up my account and sent in the paperwork they sent….yup….and then pushed a button and said “did you get it” which yeah I did…after you sent them! I’m assuming they aren’t familiar at all with the system they use, which is fine, but to insist it was my fault as soon as I step in the building, then tell me to calm down while you realize your system mess up is crazy, then to top it off the canceling my appointment and never even telling me you canceled it?! Crazy work. Very unprofessional and a bad experience. If you’re black, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very shady and micro aggressive. I wouldn’t trust them with my treatment and will take my business elsewhere.”
“One of the worst places and the staff are souless, they don't listen to you and do what they think is best when your undergoing shock therapy. They are abusers and enjoy shocking people beyond their limits. My girlfriend had an episode in their parking lot for fnd psuedo seizures and called the police on her and CPS. Do not go here if you want the worst time of your life. Their "protocols" will harm you.”
“Tyler was great! Easy to talk to and had a wonderful comforting demeanor. I am looking forward to our sessions! And would 100% recommend them to everyone. The front desk assistant was knowledgeable and helped with all my insurance questions as well!”
“I had my first appointment at Whole Mind today and it went so well! Tyler was extremely informative, very kind, and talked me through all of my options! I look forward to beginning my journey here!”
