I am particularly impressed with the programs they offer, especially in conjunction with CCS, as they provide a comprehensive range of services that extend beyond mental health support. These services include nutrition counseling, assistance with finding affordable housing, peer support, recovery programs, and much more. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking counseling or case management services.”

“Every worker here is very lazy, unnecessarily rude, and entitled. They are also very unprofessional and disrespect people badly. The front desk staff thinks that people's lives depend on them; they don't want to do their job. I went in to request my medical records, and they had me fill out paperwork and told me they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Weeks passed by with no call, as I had expected. So, I went back in to ask again, and they told me that no one had submitted the paperwork for me. They made me fill out the paperwork again and told me to wait, even though I had already waited for weeks for my medical records. Respectfully, with all due respect, they should be fired because none of them wants to do their job. Y’all need to do better.”
