“I’ve read a lot of the reviews and I was a little worried in the beginning after my therapist referred me to Dr. Whitten. I must say that my experience was polar opposite of majority of these. Dr. Whitten was thorough and spot on with his diagnosis. For years I knew I either had ADHD or Autism but was diagnosed with a slew of other ones. Dr. Whitten was caring, he listened and answered everything that I was curious about. Even recommended a psychiatrist to follow up with. Thank you so so much Dr. Whitten for all of your compassion and help! You’ve been amazing.”

“Wouldn’t recommend. The billing process is weird and goes through a third party. I paid my bill but wasn’t given a confirmation number, receipt, or really any information at all. I was just given the name “Lyndsey” the person who processed my payment as confirmation that my payment was made. There was also no follow-up with the physician afterward. Overall, the communication and billing process could definitely be better.”

“The doctor seemed to have a diagnosis in mind very early in the session and primarily asked questions that appeared to support that conclusion rather than taking my concerns seriously. After reading the report, I was disappointed by how my concerns and responses were interpreted. In hindsight, I do not feel the evaluation was as objective or thorough as I had hoped. I will be seeking care elsewhere.”

“This office is awful!!! I called and asked for a psychological evaluation for my son who has autism. They said he will need to complete an hour of questions online!!! . I told them I would have to do that for him since he has autism. Her response was that that would not be accurate if I responded for him. This tells me that they have ZERO experience with autism.”
