“Absolutely not! As someone in healthcare my entire career, I scrutinize every EOB of which my insurance pays 100% without a copay or deductible. When billing messed up my account multiple times, I brought it to the owner’s attention only to be gaslit, but also had the errors corrected in my favor. If someone did not understand how billing works, this company could easily be charging people the way that they did for my family and not even know it. Numerous times my card was charged because it was on file even though white oak verified that I would never receive a bill. They do not send out statements and just bill your card so look out for that as well. Again that was reversed each and every time that I did diligent work to point out their error. This is in no reflection of the counseling service that we had, which was absolutely wonderful. I can only say that the owner is definitely doing his part by being business focused only. I normally do not write posts, but I am doing so to warn others to be very diligent and if you currently go there, I recommend that you review anything that you were charged for to ensure accuracy. I guess as somebody that cares for patients daily, I could never imagine taking advantage of others.”
