How likely are you to recommend White House Clinics - Berea Primary Care Clinic?
“I came in for refills and have to say it is hands down, THE SLOWEST doctors office I’ve ever been to in my life. Appointment was at 5:40, I arrived and checked in at 5:15pm, wasn’t called back until 6:20, didn’t see the doctor until 7:15. Absolutely ridiculous and needs fixed with more providers available. The ladies that checked me in were nice and the nurse practitioner was very thorough.”
“Have never had a bad experience here. I've heard some stories. But it's always went well for me and my daughter. Everyone is real nice”
“I attended Berea College more than a decade ago & always appreciated the service at the time. This week, I needed our medical records & Jaleah from medical record made it a very easy process. She is very professional, friendly, & super helpful!”
“I saw a doctor over the summer for a few things. I had about 5 appointments and it was not the best of experiences. My first appointment went very smooth and was with the nurse practitioner. She was very informative and did a nice job. My next appointments were with Dr. Williams. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment because he was out for an entire week. Every appointment I had from then on out, I waited in the waiting room for at least 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The nurse who would take me to triage would often talk about how so and so called off and she wish she did as well. Or the last time, she stated someone showed up at 8am for their 10am appointment and they took them back, so it set everyone back (this was when I waited 45 minutes). Lately. I needed to reschedule an appointment 5 days in advanced and Dr. Williams was going to be out of the office again for an entire week. If you do not mind waiting well past your allotted time, and having a doctor that takes multiple full weeks off, go here. Personally, I need a doctor that will have better availability.”
