What patients say on Google
“I was not treated with respect at this clinic by the therapist and nurse. They purposely tried to ask demeaning questions to somehow make me feel like I was below them.I had to deal with micro aggressions and ableist behavior from my therapist Dawn Siore. The staff are unprofessional and not trained to serve the population they work with. I would highly advise against getting treatment at this clinic. The staff should be ashamed of themselves.”
“If you or someone you love is seeking help DO NOT bring them here. The psychiatrist does not get invested in one’s mental health. They will just see you virtually. Issues pills that are new to you and not follow up to see how a patient is doing until a month later. If a patient is struggling and tries to reach out, it takes them more than 24 hours to call them back.”
“I don't know about the negative reviews. I do know I have respect and am Grateful for my therapist. Not worried about nobody else but her and the help and strategy she helps me with. Be Kind to urself will always stick with me!!! AND MORE!!!”
“I was terminated from care shortly after respectfully expressing that I need more structured, ADHD-informed therapy sessions. While I understand that not every provider is the right fit, the process felt abrupt and lacked proper transition support. I was also told that I had switched therapists too often, even though I had clearly communicated from the beginning that I felt most comfortable working with a therapist of my ethnicity and was always polite and respectful throughout the process. I have been receiving services through WJCS since I was 5 years old, and I’ve never been treated this way before by previous providers. Clients should be able to advocate for their needs without feeling dismissed.”
