“Great counselors to choose from!! **HORRIBLE administrative/billing staff!! They have had my insurance information on file for over a year. Nothing has changed since 2018. However, they have charged my credit card twice for services covered by my insurance. They didn't even attempt to bill my insurance first. This last time, they charged my credit card $300.51 the day after receiving services, WITHOUT, billing insurance at all. What's worse, I have a 0.00 copay for these services. I've contacted the office each time. The only solution that I've been given is "it's our fault, I'm sorry". My suggestion, don't require credit cards to be on file, if you can't seem to bill properly. Don't just keep changing credit cards without billing insurance. **Be aware, Even if they have the correct insurance information, they may not bill them at all and charge your card instead!”

“I came here for a test, they got me in right away. I appreciate that they have multiple locations, they were quick with paperwork and getting you an account. They are very thorough. They walk you through everything so your not uncomfortable, they make sure of anything you need and that you understand. You feel safe and comfortable. I went to the Muskegon location and saw Rebecca. I didn't have to wait long and I immediately connected with her. She was understanding, and helped me to understand or explain. It is long testing but it's not uncomfortable and it's just making sure you let them know if you need anything”

“So, we started there few weeks ago for my daughter. Where giving a new therapist a try . So far after having paperwork they’ve explained to me that only one parent can be the updated one, now after talking to my child’s counselor she assured me that she could take our emails and inform both of us, on meetings that haven’t happened, now I had a bad review up a week ago that I took down on the manager Corrine, They’ve been setting up appointments, not letting me know, she tried talking to the mother about making an account , that still hasn’t happened, after I took the review down, then at last week appointment my kid told me he over heard Corren the manager talking bad about dad to the mother, running me down , Integrity doesn’t seem to be on there list of qualities so far, I have asked to be informed on my daughter, then now my kids hears her running down her father to the mother? Really, that seems very unprofessional. Because I’m trying to inquire about keeping informed with my daughter ,the mother isn’t going to, so this is reason for the review. Very disappointed with how they’re managing things there and now kids hearing them talk about there father behind his back? And i even took down my first bad review as I said I would cause she said she was working on it, ? Hoping some upper management gets ahold of me after this,”

“I've spent time virtually with one of their therapists. It works, it helps, it transforms an individual. Worthwhile place for any need.”
