The staff is professional yet warm, and everything feels organized and intentional. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ progress and well-being. A special shoutout to Maggie who has been absolutely outstanding throughout my experience. She brings a rare combination of empathy, insight, and professionalism to every session. I always feel heard without judgment, and she has helped me make real, meaningful progress. I’m incredibly grateful for her support.”

“I have been a patient at West Grove Clinic for 3 years now. I have seen other psychiatrists in the past, however, I have never felt cared about like I do now! All of the staff are amazing. I have other health issues that make going to appointments difficult at times. I have actually been dropped as a patient at Bellin for no fault of my own. The staff at West Grove Clinic goes out of their way to accommodate me so I can get the care I need! I totally recommend Dr. Kurter and his staff to anyone who is in need of psychiatric help! I would also like to add I live in Michigan, marijuana is legal here but the doctors in my area highly discriminate against patients who legally use marijuana but West Grove Clinic does not!!”

“I have been going to West Grove Clinic for the last 4 years and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the entire team! Let’s start with Michelle the receptionist. LOVE LOVE LOVE this woman! She not only answers the phone and calls you by your name (not patient or client), but she also genuinely cares and listens to you! Amazing woman! Next you have your Psychiatry team. I recently had a Dr change because my “previous provider” no longer was working with West Grove. I was at first devastated!! I thought FOR SURE I was going to end up on this LONG waitlist and the panic set in that I may not even LIKE whoever I got assigned to. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! 🥰 Michelle called me within a week of being told by my previous Dr that she was leaving. My new doctor, Dr. Tylor Rockwell, is outstanding!!! He is a perfect fit for my personality and is an active listener!!! Which trust me… is hard to find. Last but never least, my therapist Ms. Maggie Schauman. Sigh… this woman is incredible!! Dare I say… life saver. I came to our session with what I like to call, a “Thanksgiving serving size” plate of problems. She didn’t even flinch!! I was expecting an almost full recoil from this woman (because most would) and instead, she talked to me and handled the session with enthusiasm and respect for me and my… long list of issues haha. I know this is a long winded review, and most of you have prolly skim read this 🤣 But if there is ONE thing that you take away from this post… is I 1000% recommend West Grove Clinic to anyone who wants to get their mental health back in check and order. These people really do care and are there for you when you need them! If you made it through this whole review, thank you for your time ❤️❤️❤️”
