What patients say on Google
“I have been under the care of Dr Jessica for around 8 years and she is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. She really cares about her patients and she's easy to open up to and makes u feel comfortable. She's non-judgmental and makes u feel like a person that matters which I didn't feel like when I started under her care. She really is the best.”
“I didn't really have any major problems with Dr Kim, the only thing was appointments felt a little rushed. maybe not everyone has the same experience since I only got to see her twice before I ended up leaving her practice. my problem is with her office and their disorganization. I had 5 scheduled appointments and was only able to attend 2 of them because they had an issue with insurance (didn't bother to explain to me what the issue was) and the last time they had told me the appointment was canceled because I didn't pay for the appointment, when I had paid for the ORIGINAL appointment i had that they had to reschedule. the first time this rescheduling happened, they called me 4 HOURS after my appointment time to tell me the appointment had to be rescheduled. i wish i could stay with the doctor, but after the issues i had with the office, i'd rather not return and take my business somewhere that deserves my business.”
