“Why does Wellstone owner only acknowledge the good reviews??? I didn’t have a good experience the one time I went there. I was out of a job and didn’t have insurance. But I never went back. I have seen psychiatrist in other places that treat you better. Also my son had a bad experience also. He has a lot of psychological issues. He was told by one of the therapist he needed to have his kids taken away and be in jail. These people are not supposed to cut you down. I work in the medical field . If you get treated bad here report it. Contact the state medical board.”

“Called there mobile crisis unit for help with my son could not get a hold of them at all ended up calling hunstvilles mobile crisis unit was told they will reach out to the cullman mobile crisis unit they couldn't get through to them either they recommend bringing him to huntsvilles childern hospital which we did. About 2 hours in the er all of a sudden cullman mobile crisis units started calling and even though we told them the situation and it's all good they continued calling all day even though we were handling the situation. It's like they all of a sudden cared even though they dropped the ball big time.”
