“If I could give this provider, Dr. Reyser, a zero rating, I would! After completing the 20 page intake form and getting it submitted, I finally was able to get scheduled for an appointment for 2 1/2 months out. This was a little bit concerning for me, considering the urgent need for this care and treatment for my child. But because her pediatrician Referred us to This provider we decided to wait our appointment was for May 6. Today is Friday, May 1 after waiting a month and 4 1/2 weeks I receive a call from his office manager to notify me that he won’t be taking new patients until October! My problem with that is, you knew that when you took my intake form and scheduled my appointment that is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and completely inconvenient!”

“we had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Wellstar in 20+ years. My son is autistic and has a service dog that was servicing him going into an appointment at this facility. We Had an appointment at 10:30 we were seen by the medical assistant to go over vitals, As we went back to sit out in the waiting room, doctor riser came out and started questioning why my son had a service dog. Then proceeded to tell me that it was an emotional support and that he would have to check his policies, He then asked me for my registration papers My son’s dog. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude from the start. He went and made a phone call to the office manager, He then came back out and told me that he was going to proceeded with going on with the appointment and seeing my son. I told him we are not going to be seeing him today because of his actions and his rude behavior And being completely unprofessional and making Illegal statements. I was completely shocked by the experience, especially because we have the service dog because of psychological reasons, And we are seeing a psychiatrist! He then proceeded to tell me that he was sorry I felt this way and to have a good day. My son being autistic was completely clueless on what just happened and his only response was why am I not good enough? This doctor caused way more issues than what we originally came for. How dare you make my son feel like this!”
