What patients say on Google

“My med provider left and they didn't tell me causing me to run out and cold turkey, THREE psych meds. They scheduled me with someone else over a month after I run out of meds and that person is over 2 hours late for telehealth for all 3 appt and never joins the telehealth. I requested my medical records to be sent somewhere else, they didn't so I went back a second time and they said my request ( that they COULDN'T FIND) has to be approved and THEN I have to wait 30 more days to just for them to FAX my records. Wish I could give them a literal negative star.”

“In my experience, sessions often felt less professional than I expected. The therapist was eating loudly during multiple appointments, which made it difficult for me to feel fully engaged and heard. I also had issues with scheduling. If an appointment wasn’t confirmed in advance, it was automatically canceled, even when I called back the same day to confirm. This made it hard to maintain consistent sessions. This may not be a concern for everyone, but it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me.”

“My daughter has been a patient at Wellsprings for over two years. I contacted the office seeking a Casey Law evaluation, which is a time-sensitive and potentially life-saving service. From the beginning of this process, I experienced nothing but problems. The office absolutely refused to submit the evaluation to insurance, even after the insurance company confirmed that the service was covered and would be paid. I was told that the appointment would be canceled unless I paid $600 the same day. This information was provided after I waited more than a week for a return call from the office manager, Sarah. Her communication was delayed and her demeanor was very rude. I was able to obtain the required evaluation through another facility with no issues at all. They scheduled my daughter the same day and submitted the evaluation directly to insurance, as expected. This evaluation was critical and urgent. Decisions like this can have life-or-death consequences, and I felt there was little concern shown for the well-being of the patient. Refusing to bill Medicaid when coverage exists creates unnecessary barriers to care. A complaint has been filed regarding this matter. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to carefully research and consider their options, especially when seeking urgent or court-related services.”

“I work an 8am to 4-5pm job Mon -Fri. They call me around 8:30 Friday to confirm my appointment on Monday. This appointment was made weeks in advance. They call twice, both times I couldn't answer due to work and told myself I'll call them back during my lunch. Lunch comes around I call them and they tell me my appointment is no longer available due to me not being able to confirm it and I would need to reschedule! They gave away my appointment away just because I had a job to do! What's worse is that I have confirmed my past appointments via text message by just pushing "1" but I guess that just wasn't an option this time. Now my new appointment is even further back and I can't ask off work for it. Now I just gotta take a shorter session during my lunch. What an absolute joke.”
