“We were referred to Wellspring for my 9yr old daughter and was assigned to Prezillic Daniels. I asked Prezillic for a few minutes to talk with her without my daughter present. She scheduled a 7pm time and I never received a call. Then charged $120 for a missed appointment. Prezillic did not say this was an hour appointment and I don't feel telling her my daughter pushes family and friends buttons to the point of frustration even when given reasonable expectations needed an hour of our time. This is Prezillic Daniels billing inappropriate especially when all 3 sessions were cut short by 10 to 20 minutes each. If Prezillic felt my concern needed an hour session, it would not have been at kid's bath and bedtime. When asked if the $120 fee could be waived just this one first time without any given or signed notice, she became very condescending and offered to cancel future appointments.”

“If you see way more negative reviews than positive pay it attention, believe it. I waited till my daughter had a few appointments to see and give the benefit of the doubt... firstly, it did take a long time to get appt. Also, they are super nice in your face but over the phone they are rude. We just moved, they knew this, 2 hours away. We missed a couple of appts. With distraction of moving, tend to forget or overlook. My daughter tried to call and cancel the last one. They never answered. I called and wanted to reschedule, cause it was half past the time. No one answered. Finally, get a call back, the woman on the line, has an attitude and says we been terminated due to too many missed appts. I explain to her our situation and she is very condescending and rude. Proceeds to "lecture" me. I call her out on her attitude and lecture, she denies and offers to place on call with the corindator. I wait almost 10 min. No one answered. I hung up and told my daughter we will find a better practice closer. As far as their session goes... it was so so. No real solutions, no offer of further assistance or possible medication for anxiety or depression. You can just talk to a friend and get more out of it. Plus, they mainly want to talk to you over the phone. Not in person. Pathetic. Go somewhere else.”
