“My daughter met with the therapist Christina Sauers and was a long term client of hers. My daughter was a minor when she started seeing Christina. As the years progressed, knowing that my daughter finally felt safe enough build a therapeutic relationship with somebody, as a parent I felt hopeful. Within the past year or so, there were things that Christina had done that made me question her therapeutic abilities. For one thing, she started doing Ketamine sessions in which Christina was newly licensed at. Christina did not follow through with the ketamine protocols which was very harmful for my daughter. While she knew this, she continued to not follow the proper protocol. In addition, she made many quick changes to her practice that did not have my daughter's best interest in mind. She refused to work with my daughter on it. I felt like the transition was abrubt and not well thought out. Work that needed to continue was shut off. In the final session I got to witness the insensitivity of Christina as a human being. She said things that were shocking, unacceptable, and not true. My daughter has left Christina's care with more trauma then when she came in. And by this I am devastated. I would avoid seeking services from this therapist at all costs.”
“This review is in regards to the owner/therapist Christina Sauers. This is MY experience with this person and my review doesnt reflect this practice as a whole. I would not recommend you go to this person for therapy or EMDR intensives. The "therapeutic" relationship I had with her has hurt me deeply. I am so disappointed that I put my trust in this person.I was a longer term client of Christina's, and within the past year- year and 1/2 her quality of services have declined majorly. She was very harsh, unprofessional, judgemental, unethical, and quite frankly cold. She used words to describe me that were harsh and unethical. Words a therapist should never used to describe their client due to it violating code of ethic. She was not consistent with her approach. Going into sessions you never knew if she was going to be kind with you or flat out harsh or passive agressive with you. After speaking with other professionals about verbatim conversations and interactions I had with her, everything she was accusing me of were deemed false and inappropriate. After knowing this, im so disappointed that I let her get in my head and make me believe the awful things she was saying about me. Since I have left, I have felt a weight lifted off my shoulders that I didnt even know I could feel. My nightly nightmares have stopped completely. With that being said, I would steer clear from this therapist.”
“I've been going to Wellness Warriors for several years and have had an excellent experience throughout that time. The EMDR work I've done here has been incredibly helpful and has made a meaningful difference in my life. I do want to recognize Susie, who has helped me tremendously over the years. I'm truly grateful.”
“I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Megan over the years, and I continue to be impressed by her clinical knowledge and thoughtful feedback. She is kind, nonjudgmental, and incredibly easy to talk to. She is an exceptional therapist. I recommend her without hesitation.”
