“These guys are horrible at their job. I was terribly sick with bronchitis and did not receive medicine for 4 days because they failed to call in my prescription. I had to call the office 3 separate times to get everything squared away. And everyone you talk to seems bothered and annoyed that you need their help. Then I got a referral to a dermatologist, waited weeks to get in, and they failed to send over authorization. Had to cancel and reschedule with the dermatologist, waited another weeks period. I feel like if they really valued people they would care a little more about these things. Highly unprofessional I do not recommend”
