What patients say on Google

“I highly recommend Sarah - She is incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. From the start, she made me feel heard, safe, and comfortable sharing things I’ve never been able to put into words before. Her presence is calming, and she creates a space where there’s no judgment—just understanding and support. I leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. I’m truly grateful for her and the work we’re doing together”

“I was very hesitant to try counseling but my pyschrist pushed me to try it so I did. My first counselor brought religion into the sessions multiple times while I am not religious and told me to connect with God. She then resigned. My second counselor was not prepared to handle my needs and often didn't have answers/ read them staright from her computer and there was a lot of awkward silence at the sessions and I often left feeling worse. I tried one more time and found a counselor I liked and just got a call today that she is too resigning. I would not recommend if you are looking for consistent and adequate care.”

“Called for an appointment with a therapist with experience working with couples. Was assigned a provider who wasn't on their website and when I searched her name the person who came up was still in school and interested in a different field of counseling from couples/marital sessions. My husband called their office who said they "didn't believe" she was in school because all the students were marked as "trainee" and her file wasn't marked. Lone and behold, it was the same person I found online, and when my husband asked to confirm she did state she's still a student but her supervisor was "present" (we were the only three on the zoom call which leads me to believe it was either being recorded which is against HIPPA or the supervisor blindly signs off on the student/trainee's notes). Session started 10 minutes late and after 30 minutes of only she and my husband chit-chatting (not once was any attempt made to speak with me at all) I put in the chat box that this wasn't a productive session and I didn't understand why I was even there. Her mood instantly changed and she said "it's an intake session so I have to get back ground information." I logged off probably 2 minutes later. I felt like I was watching two people chitchat at Applebees and not like I was at an intake session for MARRIAGE counseling. What a joke. They are having unlicensed and UNQUALIFIED persons conducting sessions that they have absolutely no business conducting. I bet we will see a bill for the regular provider rate too. What a joke.”

“I have mixed feelings in this review. All my sessions were telehealth, & my therapist Ashley was absolutely amazing & helped me alot. HOWEVER, as a business I would not recommend them. After having sessions for nearly 6mths they canceled a session "due to an outstanding balance" my card was on file & they were not charging it which was confusing. I never once received a bill, email, or call about the bill. I just logged in & the therapist said "oh they canceled your session. Im not sure why you will have to call them directly. Then they started taking the payments out every session. Then another 7 mths or so go by & the same thing happens. Which was odd cause they had been taking payments. When I looked at my account I noticed they had stopped taking payments about 1.5 prior. When I FINALLYA talked to someone from billing they said when my insurance changed (6mths prior) my out of pocket increased. & when they realized it they stopped charging my card, which was FOUR MONTHS after the increase!! again I had never received a bill not by mail, email, text, NOTHING!”
