How likely are you to recommend Wellness Center?
What patients say on Google
“I have gotten gender care in San Francisco New York City and here and I have to say this has been the very best. I see lots of others voicing negative experiences so I’m not sure if the difference is the provider but Clair is an absolute treasure. So thorough, really investigates every thread and offers resources I’ve never had a clinician voice to me before. I would absolutely recommend her, so maybe request if you are considering getting care here.”
“Get OUT! I'm planning on switching to an endocrinologist or Planned Parenthood but trust me GET OUT. The area is sketchy, the building even sketchier. I've been a patient for a little over a year and, though I'm grateful to have been able to transition thru their services, I have learned that the level of communication and care I received thru the process isn't normal. I was not given the supplies I needed or directed on how to get these supplies; I was not allowed to inject at the clinic & wasn't given support and therefore struggled to start transitioning for months after I was prescribed; I administered medication incorrectly for more than a year which caused (semi-permanent idk) tissue damage and discomfort and bleeding; I had virtual "check-in" appointments every 3-6 mo which lasted ”
“I feel like I don’t get the same quality everyone else gets. The patient notes are extremely judge-mental and it feels unsettling that a lot of the comments are false assumptions that were not mentioned to me. I don’t feel respected.”
“Care used to be better years ago. I think perhaps they are understaffed or took on too many patients. My experience with communication with front staff and nurses has been lacking to say the least. They seem to be untrained and lacking in clinical and service skills in order to get things done. It’s a shame really as I’ve been a long time client here. Staff needs more training and to take responsibility in their jobs. Doctors themselves (if you can reach one) seem qualified but you’ll likely be passed on to nurses since they’re very busy.”
