How likely are you to recommend Well and Good Counseling Langhorne - Anxiety, Relationship & Marriage Therapist?
What patients say on Google
“I had a wonderful experience meeting and working with Alyssa for over a month. She is a genuine caring and comforting therapist. I wish I could have continued with our sessions but unfortunately my insurance did not approve the out of network claims because this office and providers are not certified with the insurance co at all. I would highly reccommend Alyssa but I would caution out of network service without triple checking with your insurance to see if certification is required. When I called Well and Good to inquire I was only told they do not bill and would be considered out of network. I was never informed some insurances require certification and to double check that also. When I checked with my insurance co they did confirm they will pay out of network and I'd only be responsible for 25%, but never checked at the time for certification either. Seems it's just a matter of an application for certification, which Well and Good does not do. They just give you a super bill and you are to do the rest..long story short, great therapist, mis communication and a maybe a little mis leading when referring to out of network. I'd reccomend to have new patients include checking to see if certification is needed with their insurance co also. Especially if you have already paid more than once and just have to eat it now. Good luck and God Bless.”
“I’ve had the honor of meeting and working with Jen Clark. I’ve seen multiple therapists in my life and can confidently say she has been the most helpful, encouraging, insightful, and genuine therapist I’ve ever worked with. Her ability to widen my perspective and approach mindset and behavior in different ways has changed my life. She is always so welcoming, kind, and genuine - I instantly felt comfortable and seen my first session with her. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and I always leave our sessions with something I didn’t have going in. If you have the opportunity to work with Jen, I couldn’t recommend her enough. I am very grateful for the immense support and eye opening learning I have gained from working with Jen Clark. If yourself, a friend or loved one are looking for a therapist, I’d reach out! You will not regret it!”
“I had the priveldge of working with Katie Bell, and I couldn't recommend both Katie and Well and Good Counseling more. Each session was a positive experience, and I felt incredibly welcomed. I appreicate how personalized the counseling was and felt as though the support was exceptional. It is a calm and supporting envirornment. I have even referred friends to this practice. Highly recommend the practice, Katie, and all staff here!”
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Alyssa Earlen for several years now, and she has truly been someone who’s helped change my life. She is always available when I need her, answers any questions I have, and has an incredible depth of knowledge as both a leader and therapist. Over the past two years, Alyssa has helped guide me through eating disorders, anxiety, and life’s many challenges with compassion and expertise. She consistently creates a safe, welcoming space where I feel comfortable opening up and offers valuable resources, connections, and techniques that have made a lasting impact. Alyssa always knows exactly what to say, whether it’s something you need to hear in the moment or something to reflect on later. Working with her has strengthened my commitment to mental wellness and helped me stay grounded while continuing to grow every day. Her support has truly transformed the way I care for myself, mentally and emotionally, and inspired lasting positive change in my life. I can’t recommend her, and the rest of her amazing team, highly enough.”
