“Disturbingly and shamefully impossible to reach a live person or anyone that can provide treatment. I have left 4 voicemails and sent 4 emails and even escalated my contact request multiple times through my primary physician at Cornell with a referral in hand. This department refuses to respond to voicemails calls or emails even internally from their own Cornell doctors.”

“The lady that runs the psychiatric outpatient facility Debra was a huge disappointment for somebody in need of help in that department. Other staff is extremely helpful but her in particular took me out of the program because I was suicidal and that was the whole point of the treatment. Not exactly direct correlation but this lead to a suicide attempt which I luckily survived. Lucky for her as well. Would not deal with her but you would only be dealing with her voicemail anyway. Still in awe.”
