“The physician assistance Hartsoe and Holloway at the Havre de Grace office don't know what they are doing. I tried Holloway first, she doesn't listen well. Second time, I went to the office because of vertigo. Hartsoe told me, I was having neurologic symptoms and go to the hospital. Days of test with nothing abnormal on all test results. They sent me to the hospital because of their incompetence. I now have over $1,500 in hospital bills. Will never go again and highly recommend for people to go to a real doctor.”

“My psychiatrist Kathy Bristow is absolutely AMAZING I love her so much. There’s no judgment. There’s no fear of anything. I literally just feel like I can go to her and literally dump. Everything that I’m feeling out and she doesn’t judge. She just cares and loves and does the best that she can to help you out. I’ve never had a Psychiatrist like that. And I love her so much. I don’t know what I’ll ever do if she leaves or retires. Because I’ve never had a Psychiatrist that I truly feel cares, and she honestly truly cares about her patience, and it is very obvious from the second, you meet her that she’s a real deal. She doesn’t just do it for the money or the job. She does it because she truly honestly 100% cares and it is so obvious she goes above and beyond for patients who feel like they don’t even deserve it like myself. She makes it her mission to get her patients to the best mental place they can be, and it’s still working in progress for me, but I cannot thank her enough and be more grateful for her I leave her Office.
