How likely are you to recommend WCA Outpatient Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“Clinic is a regional gem that probably saves the lives of many people our area. That being said, there are valid complaints with the treatment of service, attitude of staff, and professionalism. First impressions are everything, and mine was less than joyful. The receptionist was not welcoming or warm to say the least. Not a good fit. My biggest complaint is as follows. After waiting weeks/months to see the doctor I finally start talking to him. During our first (and only) appointment, after some conversation, he twists his head as if he's looking for something, then, pulls my file out of the waste bin, and smiles. They absolutely love giving patients an anti-depressant, and cutting them loose for 6-8 weeks before checking up on said patient, usually only to switch the anti-depressant to a different one because the patient feels worse. Then the patient is expected to ordeal another 6-8 weeks of limbo, rinse and repeat.”
“The psychiatrist acted in a vindictive and petty manner by cutting my mood stabilizer script because I missed an appointment. I realize I'm responsible for my care, but I don't think the answer is punitive measures being taken against a patient in your care. I no longer want to utilize this facility because I can't trust them to give an appropriate level of care. This is after trust was broken a first time when a counselor violated my consent by failing to disclose a conflict of interest. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that is truly in need of help.”
“I just wanted to say I have been a patient for about 11 to 12 years. Receptionists have come and gone through the years... it can be a trying time for patients, Lynn the receptionist that is currently working there has been an outstanding support for me. Always friendly and warm.”
“Receptionist is super bitter and rude. Whole system is Medicaid based. Bill bill bill. If you want actual care go elsewhere”
