“I personally think there very professional and are willing to help where it’s needed. They schedule me my appointment and if I can’t get there on that day I usually do a walk in and either way am never in the office no longer than 20 or 30 minutes tops. So to all the unsatisfied people who aren’t happy with them i im not in aggrement with you. Please try to have patience and understanding they deal with many different situations everyday and can’t please everyone.”

“I've had constant issues here, the latest with a so called therapist named Shay. She asked me a question & brought up a subject, then got mad that she didn't get the answer she wanted. She then said new subject! Is there anything you wanna talk about? & I said yea, what we were just talking about cuz i didnt get to finish befere you cut off the discussion. Then she got even more mad & booted me from her office. Talk about immature & unprofessional. How are you gonna bring up a subject, then get mad at ur client for wanting to finish that subject.”

“I have been a patient with this clinic for many years now. I have never seen such an inept office staff in my life. They don't answer their phones, they horseplay and don't pay attention to who is checking in. Sometimes I've had to wait almost 15 mins before I was checked out. My complaint is that they are messing with my medications. This is the second time that it has happened in a month. What is even worse is that the own office manager doesn't return calls either. I am flabbergasted at the unprofessionalism of this staff. If you want more positive reviews for this place, how about getting a more mature office staff that know what the hell they are doing!!”

“Doctor cancelled appointment for today. My daughter had to have her medicine refill today. However, the best thing they could do is tell me to do a walk-in. I did as instructed after sitting here for an hour receptionist informed me that the doctors are booked up and all I can do is wait for a no show or cancellation. This is unfair to the clients. They need a better plan for doctors call out.”
